Essential: EUR 29 monthly or EUR 290 annually, up to 2 users. Business: EUR 49 monthly or EUR 490 annually, up to 5 users. Scale: EUR 99 monthly or EUR 990 annually, up to 10 users, priority help and one initial session arranged with the team. Every plan includes the current ERP features; 3D configurators are contracted separately.
Price per company. The owner, each member and pending invitations occupy a seat. Each worker using timeclock needs their own account. Changing an existing subscription requires support review; choosing a plan or previewing payment does not change the account.

New accounts complete company setup and authorise a payment method with Revolut before accessing the commercial trial. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Revolut sets the start date when creating the subscription; verified dates are shown after authorising the method. At the end, the selected plan is charged automatically unless cancellation has been confirmed beforehand. The amount and billing interval are shown before authorisation. A local simulation saves no payment method and cannot charge.
You can cancel renewal from Account → Subscription. A cancelled trial retains access until its verified end date. Final commercial terms must be published before live payments are enabled.
Your service.
Access to the Tricios Software vertical ERP for one business, with the selected plan’s user allowance. The subscription pays for software access; it does not authorise Tricios to collect payments from your business customers.
Price and renewal.
The amount and user allowance match the selected Essential, Business or Scale plan and its monthly or annual interval. For a trial subscription, the first payment is collected after the trial. For a subscription without a trial, it is collected when subscribing. Following cycles are collected automatically using the authorised payment method, unless cancelled. The plan amount is confirmed before payment authorisation.
Payments and access.
Revolut processes the payment. Available methods appear at checkout. Paid access is enabled after verification of the payment and subscription period. Pending, failed or refunded payments may require review and affect access.
Cancel renewal.
You can request cancellation from My account. Future collections stop when Revolut confirms cancellation. Already-paid access continues until its verified end date, unless the payment is refunded or invalidated. Cancellation does not automatically request a refund. Removing a payment method does not cancel the subscription.
